Tarta jest prosta i szybka w wykonaniu. Idealnie nadaje się na kolację lub szybki obiad. Sprawdza się również dla niespodziewanych gości.
Składniki:
2 opakowania ciasta francuskiego
20- 30 dkg wędzonego boczku lub szynki
2 cebule
1 brokuł
6 - 7 jajek
Dodatkowo:
forma do tarty 26 -28 cm
Wykonanie:
- Boczek i cebulę kroimy w kostkę i smażymy na patelni
- Formę do tarty wykładamy papierem do pieczenia, następnie kładziemy na niego cisto francuskie (tak aby odrobinę wystawało poza formę). Na ciasto wykładamy podsmażony boczek i układamy małe różyczki brokułów. W wolne miejsca rozbijamy jajka (nieroztrzepane!). Doprawiamy solą i pieprzem
- Całość przykrywany drugim płatem ciasta. Boki ciasta dociskamy do siebie widelcem tak aby się połączyły, a nadmiar ciasta przycinamy nożem. Ciasto delikatnie nakłuwamy starając się nie przebić żółtek. Tartę wstawiamy do nagrzanego piekarnika do 200 C na 30-35 min. (na środkową półkę)
